Break Free from Compulsive Porn Use
A Clear Note Before You Begin
This video series is not a promise of effortless or permanent change. It is a focused coaching-based intervention designed to reduce impulsive responding so deeper work can actually take place. Over time, sustained change depends on continued awareness, responsibility, and practice.
What This Series Is Designed to Do
The Break Free video series is a short-form coaching program created to interrupt compulsive porn use by working directly with the nervous system and subconscious habit loops that drive impulsivity. In my work with men over the past year, participants have consistently reported a significant reduction in desire intensity after completing the series. Many begin with self-rated desire levels around 8–10 on a 10-point scale and report decreases to approximately 0–2 by the end of the sequence. This reduction is not framed as a cure or a permanent fix. Instead, it creates space—space between urge and action—so that intentional coaching work, accountability, and values-based decisions become possible.
How Change Happens Here
Rather than suppressing desire or relying on willpower, this series focuses on:
-
slowing down automatic responses
-
increasing awareness of internal cues
-
helping the nervous system settle out of threat-driven urgency
-
disrupting subconscious habit loops through understanding and repetition
When impulsivity decreases, choice increases. That is the purpose of this work.
What You May Experience
As you move through the 5–10 minute videos, you may notice:
-
urges feel less urgent or consuming
-
more pause between desire and action
-
less internal pressure to “escape” discomfort
-
increased clarity about what you actually want
The goal is not to eliminate desire, but to remove compulsive urgency, allowing you to engage the coaching process with greater stability and self-responsibility.
How the Series Works
Step One: Establish a Starting Point
You’ll begin by honestly scaling your current desire level and patterns of use. This is a self-report process designed to increase awareness, not judgment.
Step Two: Watch the Video Sequence
You’ll work through a structured set of short videos informed by neuroscience, habit theory, and nervous system regulation. The focus is on interrupting automatic patterns and reducing impulsivity—not forcing abstinence.
Step Three: Continue with Coaching Support
The reduction in urgency created by this series allows the deeper coaching work to begin. Long-term change depends on continued engagement, accountability, and integration—not the videos alone.
Important Scope Clarification
This series is offered as coaching and education, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It does not diagnose or treat addiction and does not replace licensed mental health care.
Results vary, and sustained change requires ongoing participation and personal responsibility.
